Marshawn Lynch Spent Less Than Seven Minutes Speaking With Reporters at Super Bowl Media Day

Beast Mode doesn't like the media.

Marshawn Lynch is not a big fan of speaking with the media. He proved it week in and week out during the 2013-14 NFL season by ignoring reporters. And eventually, he was given a $50,000 fine by the NFL for refusing to speak with the media for the duration of the regular season. So are you really surprised by this?

That's right. The Seahawks were scheduled to spend about an hour at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. today for Super Bowl media day. But Lynch didn't make it more than seven minutes before he bolted from his podium and spent the rest of the time standing around—surprise, surprise—not speaking with reporters.

Fortunately, though, Lynch did speak with the NFL Network's Deion Sanders shortly after he left his podium. And Lynch provided him with sound byte:
