The Saints had a chance to come back after getting handled by the Seahawks for most of the game. Drew Brees connected with Marques Colston for a touchdown to make the score 23-15 before the Saints recovered an onside kick. Colston later made the above catch with less than eight seconds remaining and did something he probably shouldn't have done because:
- Forward passes are against the rules.
- The penalty was a 10-second clock runoff, which was exactly what the Saints didn't have.
