Floyd Mayweather has vehemently refused to fight Manny Pacquiao recently. Many people have questioned why Mayweather would refuse fighting Pacquiao in what has been a dream matchup for years now.

In an interview with Fight Hype, Mayweather found a way to drop numerous one-liners and quotes explaining as to why he refuses to fight Mayweather. One explanation that came from Mayweather was that he feels that Pacquiao is desperate since Pacquiao reportedly owes $68 million in taxes.

"He's got 68 million problems and he wants me to solve them."

And it looks like this will never happen since Mayweather feels that Pacquiao already had is shot to fight Money Mayweather:

"Pacquiao had his opportunity. He had his chance. When he had his opportunity and he had his chance, I guess he was tooting his own horn and he felt like he was on the same level as me. It's obvious he felt like he was on the same level as me status-wise because he wouldn't have asked for 50/50. So now, two losses later and he's got a problem...the IRS. They don't play.

Hopefully Mayweather will some day change his tune and we can see what seems to be a long-shot come to fruition.
