It didn't take long for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to find their next head coach. Just three days after announcing the firing of Greg Schiano, who went 11-21 in two seasons with the team, the Bucs reportedly moved quickly to hire Lovie Smith after conducting an interview with him earlier this week.  Now, according to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer, the two sides are "still working out contract details."

In his nine years with the Chicago Bears, Smith posted an impressive 81-63 record, which included three postseason appearances (one Super Bowl appearance) and a Coach of the Year award in 2005. Not a bad haul for the Bucs, right?

Perfect hire for Bucs after what they just went through, Lovie is a grown up, no drama guy who will bring old Bucs tradition back.

Ouch.
