A skinny kid out of Saint Vincent-Saint Mary in Akron, Ohio, and the No. 1 overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft, LeBron James first met the New York Knicks in the seventh game of his professional career. He would only finish with 17 points, but the Cavs cruised to a comfortable 94-80 victory. This would be the first in a long line of domination over the Orange and Blue, as well as humiliation and heart break dished out to the Garden faithful.
