When it comes to New York Knicks' 125-96 victory over the Charlotte Bobcats last night, everyone and anyone wants to talk about Carmelo Anthony's 62-point performance. It makes sense, but what has seemingly flown under the radar is the solid game from the usually erratic J.R. Smith, who scored 14 points on 5/9 shooting (3/4 from beyond the arc). Oh, and let's not forgot his utterly ridiculous no-look alley-oop to Jeremy Tyler in the second quarter, which caused mass hysteria from the Garden crowd.
Last night, the Knicks were playing on another level. Maybe they can continue that on Sunday when the Los Angeles Lakers come into town.
