A lot of you probably had no idea who Hunter Hayes was before last night's Grammy Awards, but the young country singer has quite the fanbase in his genre. For his first time performing on the big stage, Hayes decided to forgo the car services and private drivers and rolled to the venue in his brand new 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG.
Our own Tony Markovich got the opportunity to drive this car in Germany, and he had good things to say about the " 2.0L, 4-cylinder twin-scroll turbocharged beast." We can't fault Hayes for wanting to drive his new toy, but maybe this wasn't the event for it? Even backup singers get rides to the Grammys. You are driven so that you're seen, or you drive something dope to be seen. Driving a nice CLA and parking in some secluded spot seems counter intuitive.
