Arian Foster's offseason just went from bad to worse. Way, way, way worse.

Back in November, Foster was placed on injured reserve by the Texans after he sustained a back injury. So the thought was that he was going to spend the offseason letting his body heal and getting back into game shape. But instead, it sounds like Foster is going to spend it dealing with a huge scandal that's likely going to rock his personal life.

According to TMZ Sports, a 20-year-old University of Houston student named Brittany Norwood (check out a couple photos of her in the thumbs gallery above) just filed a lawsuit against Foster. She claims that she started a relationship with Foster—who is married—during the summer of 2013 and that that relationship eventually resulted in her getting pregnant. However, she says that when she found out that she was pregnant and told Foster, he responded by telling her that she should not have his child.

"He's like, 'You can't have this, you can't have this kid, like, we cannot bring a child into this, like, think about my kids,'" Norwood told KHOU 11 News in Houston during a recent sit-down interview, which you can watch below.

She also says that Foster—and his brother Abdul Foster—began sending her threatening text messages and reiterating that they did not want her to have Foster's child. So she is currently suing Foster for child support and also seeking payment for the emotional distress that Foster has allegedly caused her. Additionally, Norwood has filed a restraining order against Foster that would discourage him from contacting her further in regards to the possibility of Norwood having an abortion.

According to TMZ, Norwood has already had a paternity test done, which revealed that Foster is the father of her unborn child. But this sounds like it could get really ugly in the coming months as the child isn't due until June. Foster is yet to respond to the lawsuit or the TMZ report.
