Clear the ball out of the box. It's a mentality that is engraved in the minds of defenders since they played the sport at a young age. Earlier today, Manchester City's Vincent Kompany went to do what he has done a countless number of times before in his club's match against Fulham, but this time around, his left foot betrayed him and the ball curved over the head of Man City keeper Joe Hart.
Luckily, Kompany's error didn't cost his club the W since Man City came away with a 4-2 victory.
