When we get pulled over by the cops for speeding, we prepare ourselves mentally to be asked rhetorical questions about our questionable driving choices before being slapped with a hefty fine. Maybe we should move to Melbourne, Florida where cops hand out scratch offs on Christmas in addition to warnings and the occasional ticket. The cops bought the tickets with their own money and said that they didn't have a deep lesson to teach speeders, they just thought it was "something good to do in light of the holidays."
We want to say that this was a dumb idea but we wish we could be rewarded for our bad choices too. Maybe if we jump the turnstiles today, the NYPD will bless us with tickets to see the Knicks play or something. Worth a shot, right?
