The Knicks are bad right now. Real bad. So bad that, about two hours ago, Twitter user #BullsNation "retweeted" a tweet sent out by Yahoo! Sports writer Adrian Wojnarowski. That tweet indicated that the Knicks had just agreed to a deal with…Well, just take a look for yourself:

However, about two seconds worth of investigative work reveals that Wojnarowski did not send out a tweet about Lil' Romeo. In fact, he hasn't even mentioned the Knicks within the last 24 hours. But that didn't stop a bunch of NBA fans from retweeting #BullsNation's fake RT and tweeting about the Romeo-to-the-Knicks news as if it was real:
