They say that football is a game of inches. Well, the same could be said for basketball. Take last night's game between the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder, for example. Midway through the second quarter, Kevin Durant sped past Chandler Parsons, leaving only former teammate James Harden standing between KD and the basket. And look, if Harden was positioned a couple of inches to the right, we could've seen something similar to LeBron James' emasculation of Kings rookie Ben McLemore. Instead, all we can say is Durant threw down a vicious jam.

Harden should probably count his blessings. He may not be so lucky next time.
