Have you been keeping up with the Rice Owls this season? No? Ha. Of course you haven't. No disrespect to the Owls. But once they started their 2013 season with losses in two of their first three games, they pretty much flew right off the radar.
It appears as though they rebounded nicely, though, and finished with a 10-3 record and a win in the Conference USA title game. So Rice will be heading to the AutoZone Liberty Bowl in Memphis on December 31. And they are really, really, really excited about it.
How excited? Just take a look at the video above. If you think that "meaningless" bowl games don't mean anything to college football players, think again. These kids are amped to be headed to M-Town.
