Looks like Bill O'Brien has another reason to celebrate the new year. The Penn State head coach will replace Gary Kubiak in the Houston Texans:

O'Brien does get props for his two-year stay at Penn State. He helped refocus a program that's been devastated by the Jerry Sandusky scandal, and led them to 15-9 overall record.
