All week long, Aaron Rodgers has been trying his hardest to get back out onto the field for the Green Bay Packers. He's taken snaps with the Packers' second-string offense during practice. He's thrown as many passes as he possibly can. And he's stayed in close contact with the Packers' doctors. But unfortunately, it sounds like that is not going to result in Rodgers returning to the field for Green Bay after suffering a broken collarbone last month:

Of course, things could change and Rodgers could make a return to the field on Sunday. But at this point, it sounds like it's going to take a Christmas miracle for that to happen.
