Weismann is like Germany's equivalent of Morgan; it makes beautiful sportscars with retro styling cues. With BMW power, and razor sharp handling, there's more than just style that's coming out of Weismann's workshops too.
We were saddened to hear that Weismann had begun bankruptcy proceedings earlier this year, and were really happy to get the following email yesterday:
"The management board of the Wiesmann corporation has filed the application to dismiss the insolvency proceedings due to abolition of the insolvency reasons.
The creditors' meeting is postponed to December 16, 2013."
Now we just want to know what happened that reversed the niche automaker's fortunes.
