If you've watched the Lakers play at all this season, then you've probably noticed that Steve Nash isn't the Steve Nash of old anymore. His minutes have to be limited. He's not able to play in all of the Lakers games. And frankly, he just looks old and beat up. We're sure he provides some good leadership behind-the-scenes for some of the team's younger guys. But Nash is definitely not going to be playing NBA basketball for too much longer if his current health is any indication.

Before he hangs up his sneaks for good, though, Nash may be making one more stop. That's because the Lakers are reportedly thinking about dealing him sometime soon. And according to reports, Nash may be headed to Toronto in the near future to play for the Raptors. It would be a homecoming of sorts for Nash, who hails from Canada, and would be the perfect place for him to play until his playing days are over.

It's unclear what the Raptors would have to give up in exchange for Nash. And it's unclear how quickly the Lakers might move Nash. But it's something to keep an eye on as we move forward. How excited do you think that Drake is?
