It was reported earlier by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that Jonathan Martin's emotional breakdown was caused by his own personal problems rather than guard Richie Incognito's bullying. Well that's probably not the case, unless bullying doesn't fall under "conduct detrimental to the team." Incognito got suspended indefinitely from the team for that Sunday night.
He'll be investigated by the NFL, the NFLPA, and the Dolphins for his alleged harrassment of Martin, who broke down because of a lunchroom prank. Martin's representatives contacted the Dolphins to investigate Martin. It doesn't look like this situation will be resolved anytiime soon, which is unfortunate because if the Dolphins were really dedicated to "maintaining a culture of respect" like the organization says in its official statement, then it really should've never gotten to this point.
