The Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo Is a Fantasy Car Brought To Life

The description, "it looks like it was built out of a video game" has never worked so perfectly. That's because, well, the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo is a car that was built out of a video game, Gran Turismo 6 in particular. The concept super sports car is of extreme proportions and geometric focus, largely bulging out at the fenders and sloping dramatically in the rear. 

The was the result of a brainstorm session of how to celebrate 15 years of the Gran Turismo gaming series, one of the most popular driving games in the world, and comes fromt he geniuses over at Mercedes-Benz Advanced Design Studios. See that rear? Those are eight exhaust pipes that spit out emissions from a twin-turbocharged V8 that has 585 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. Check out the sensual gallery ahead.
