Are those much discussed drug problems finally behind Lamar Odom? Who knows for sure? However, after meeting with Odom for two hours on Friday, the Los Angeles Clippers have reportedly expressed serious interested in bringing the 34-year-old forward back to the team. According to Marc J. Stein of Yahoo! Sports, the visit was "more of a check-up after Odom's tumultuous summer," but one source informed Stein, "I wouldn't say a deal [with the Clippers] is imminent, but I'd be surprised if it doesn't happen."

As of right now, the Clippers have one roster spot available and Odom, who has been training for the past month in the hopes of coming back in the second half of the season, would be a great fit to an already deep bench featuring Jamal Crawford, Darren Collison, Matt Barnes, Antawn Jamison and more.

At this point, it may be a case of Odom needing the Clippers more than the other way around, but either way, it's good to hear that L.O. is making positive strides after such a horrendous last couple of months.
