Jason Kidd will probably never pull the "soda spill" stunt ever again. How can we be so sure? Well, Kidd sure as hell doesn't want another $50,000 taken out of his pocket. That's right, people. The NBA has reportedly handed down a $50K fine to the Brooklyn Nets head coach for getting Tyshawn Taylor to nudge him so he could "accidentally" drop the cup's contents all over the hardwood and force the refs to call a timeout, which the team was out of at the moment.

According to Darren Rovell, the Nets are paying Kidd $30,500 per game, so this fine is definitely hitting the first-year coach where it hurts most: his wallet. But who are we kidding? Billionaire owner Mikhail Prokhorov has probably written the check and gotten it alllllll taken care of.

See kids, it's good to have friends in high places.
