Sami Gros has launched a Kickstarter for an invention for an issue that we didn't even know existed. As a horse rider living in an equestrian community, Gros and her friends often share the roads with vehicles. A few years ago, one of those friends along with Gros' horse was killed by a car. "Tail Lights" evolved out of that tragedy. The LED lighting system attaches to the horse's tail comfortably and drastically increases visibility. The design seems simple enough and the system is powered by a small battery so there is no heavy block to charge and keep track of.
