Georgia Southern Wins Without Completing a Single Pass Against Florida

Guess how much rushing yards it finished with.

Georgia Southern didn't complete a single pass during Saturday's game and that's a shame...on Florida's part. The school didn't log a completion in its three attempts because it didn't need to. Its rushing attack was that good.

The Eagles ran for a whopping 429 yards as it beat the Gators 26-20. This is surprising because Florida had only allowed 115.1 rushing yards per game until today and it's never lost to an FCS opponent. The combination of quarterback Jerick McKinnon and Kevin Ellison dominated with their legs with 125 and 118 rushing yards respectively.

This is a good look for the Eagles, but for Florida? Damn. The Gators are now ineligible for a bowl for the first time since 1990. No wonder the stadium looks like this:
