News like this are always difficult to hear not only because it's a senseless act of violence, but because it's another senseless act of violence. The disgrace of the crime is multiplied by how this happened after a Thanksgiving game. A Cowboys fan was beat down by Raiders fans followng Oakland's 31-24. This is the first publicly known occurence of fan violence to occur at AT&T Stadium, which opened in 2009.

The victim was found laying on the sidewalk at Cowboy Way and AT&T Way and was taken to a hospital to take care of non-life threatening injuries. The Arlington Police Department are looking for witnesses and are investigating if the assaulters were wearing Raiders jersey. It's good to see the Cowboys fan is going to be all right, but this is still a black eye for Raiders Nation and NFL fans.
