The Edwin Rodriguez (24-1) and Andre Ward (27-0) boxing matchup evolved into wrestling with boxing gloves in the fourth round. The two got in a grapple, and it looked like Rodriguez tried to go for a suplex while Ward was just taging him in the face—like how you're supposed to fight. Referee Jack Reiss stepped in to break the two up, but Rodriguez was so ready to get back at Ward that he ended up hitting Reiss with a left instead. As a result, the men got docked two points and a very stern talking to from Reiss.

Things didn't go Rodriguez's way after the scolding. In fact, the below GIF is pretty much an accurate depiction of how the rest of the fight went.

So despite the 14-month layoff because of shoulder injury, Ward dominated Rodriguez to win by unanimous decision and remain undefeated.
