AC Schnitzer Made a BMW 4-Series Cop Car

Why is it based on a 428i though?

None

When it comes to the BMW 4-Series, the one we want to tune is the 435i, but AC Schnitzer decided to turn the 428i into a much more capable machine, and a cop car to boot. It was made for a campaign called "TUNE IT! SAFE!"  by the Association of German Vehicle Tuners (VDAT), which is using the motto "only serious and safe tuning will bring the driving fun you want." AC Schnitzer designed this car to encapsulate said motto.

The power of the 2.0L Turbo has been bumped to 294 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque, given some AC Schnitzer Type VIII forged wheels, an adjustable racing suspension, new aero effects, and some aluminum pedals, a fancier key fob, and an updated hand brake.
