Yes, we know that the Deltawing already looked pretty phallic. We also know that adding an electric motor and enclosing the scrotum cockpit did little to stop the sex toy jokes. Regardless, we think it's a really, really cool pseudo-penis race car.
The ZEOD, which stands for Zero Emissions On Demand, is a series hybrid, with an electric motor powering the wheels full time, and a small turbocharged gas engine charging it. It can be operated without fuel for a while, which is what makes the acronym make sense.
We can't wait to see this and the Deltawing contesting Le Mans and United Sportscar Racing this coming season. It's going to be great.
