Prior to tonight's game against the Miami Heat, the Nets organization retired the No. 5 jersey worn by Jason Kidd. Kidd spoke briefly on what it felt like having his jersey hanging in the Barclays Center rafters, but made sure to repeatedly dish out an assist to the teammates who made this great honor. All in all, the ceremony wasn't a huge spectacle and pretty brief, but considering he preferred to have it during the preseason, J-Kidd probably wouldn't have it any other way.
