This past Saturday, at around 7 P.M., Chris Duhon and his brother-in-law Julio Hernandez got into a verbal altercation with a driver in the middle of a Plaza Parking Garage in Downtown Orlando after the man in the black Lexus started honking at them to get out of the way. Soon, the guy got out of the car and argued with Duhon face-to-face, but eventually returned to his vehicle.

When Duhon and Hernandez about 30 feet away from the car, the guy accelerated and hit Duhon, who landed on the hood and his head smacked against the front windshield. When the cops arrived and asked Duhon for his take on the incident, he said that he doesn't remember anything, however, he does plan on pressing charges.

The man in the vehicle has yet to be caught, but the police are looking into what they are investigating as aggravated battery. Duhon was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center by ambulance and was able to walk out later that night.
