Up until this point in his career, Kevin Durant hasn't given NBA fans any reason to dislike him. He plays hard during the season, he works hard during the offseason, and he's a genuinely likable guy. But after Durant threw a shot at Dwyane Wade on Twitter earlier tonight, his name moved to the top of Twitter's "United States Trends" list. And most of the tweets that we saw about Durant were not positive.
Are people starting to turn on him because of his "beef" with D-Wade? It's too early to tell. But judging by some the tweets that we're seeing right now, folks aren't happy with him for throwing shots at a three-time NBA champion. Just check out some of their strong words for KD below…
