Yesterday, we celebrated J.R. Smith's 28th birthday by putting together a history of the Knicks guard's most badass moments. How un-badass of us! Because as it turns out, J.R.'s brother Chris Smith went all out for his bro's b-day.
Rather than simply get him a gift, Chris apparently went and got a tattoo of his brother's face on his back with the inscription "Always got my back" (WE SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE, CHRIS!) underneath of it. It's not exactly the best-looking tattoo ever. But it's the thought that counts, right?
Er, yeah. Or something like that. Either way, we feel like we should have done more to celebrate J.R.'s big day. Maybe we'll go and get this done this afternoon.
