The final stat line may not show it, but Robert Griffin III was struggling mightily in the first half of tonight's Redskins/Eagles game. In addition to showing signs of rustiness, RGIII was getting consistently pressured by the Eagles' defense and if they did catch him, the end result was something like this play towards the end of the second quarter where Griffin was tossed like a rag doll by the Philadelphia's Mychal Kendrick.

What you don't see in this GIF is the after effects of the tackle where RGIII remained lying on the ground for a minute or so as he recovered from the brutal hit. Eventually, Griffin was able to get up from it and play the rest of the game. But, maaaaaaan, if that was us, we probably would've never gotten up.
