It will never get any easier to watch another player's leg literally break, no matter how many times we've seen it: Kevin Ware, Dustin Keller, Joe Theismann. Like those before it, Cincinnati quarterback Munchie Legaux's injury was part horrific and part heartbreaking.
Just after Legaux threw a pass in the fourth quarter, an Illinois pass rusher ran into his planting leg and the quarterback went down. The opponent immediately signaled for help as Legaux writhed in pain, holding his damaged leg.
Legaux stayed at the hospital overnight because of the injury. Sadly, this will likely end his senior season.
