Once upon a time, a company called "Lister" made some seriously quick and very cool looking Jaguar-based sportscars for racing. They were referred to as "Knobblies" because of the bulging bits in the designs, and they did quite well in the races of the '50s and '60s. Since then, Lister has dissolved, been revived to make the FIA GT Championship winning Lister Storm and a Le Mans prototype, and then dissolved again.

Now the company is getting back together to procude updated Knobblies. And while this is certainly great news for anyone who likes awesome sportscars, what's even better news for people who like awesome race cars is that they will fulfill all current FIA standards.
