Damn referees! It's bad enough that they make horrible calls from time to time, but they also prevent players like South Alabama's Cris Dinham from breaking out a huge gain with the game very much on the line. Yesterday, with the Jaguars down 31-24 to Tennessee with 5:27 remaining, Dinham took the handoff, found his way past the Volunteers' first line of defense and into the next level.
But, what Dinham probably didn't expect when he got there was a ref standing in his way. Luckily, he did manage to knock over the zebra with a devastating trucking because, well, it was only right. Still, South Alabama went on to lose, 31-24, to Tennessee, so you know the Jaguars are pretty heated with that referee right now.
