Yesterday, the Beastie Boys, boxing great Larry Holmes and Larry Johnson stopped by Madison Square Garden, which is currently undergoing a "top-to-bottom transformation." With all the renovations going on at the Garden comes some new cool things to check this upcoming NBA season, including the new Signature Suite Level. That's where the Beastie Boys, Holmes and LJ come in.

On October 25, the fans who attend the Knicks' final preseason game against the Charlotte Bobcats will get the opportunity to check out the Signature Suites Lobby which will feature memorabilia from the people and moments that left their "signature" on MSG.

  • The Beastie Boys donated the green track suits they rocked during a 2004 concert at The Garden. That same day, people in the audience took video for the concert film, Awesome; I… Shot That!
  • Larry Holmes donated a pair of autographed boxing gloves, along with a signed photo from his bout with Mike Weaver which took place at the Garden.
  • Larry Johnson donated a pair of autographed sneakers he wore when he knocked down that amazing four-point play while at MSG.
