If you were to ask 100 NFL players if they ever accepted money back in their college football days, 99 of them would either lie to you or find a way to weasel their way out of the question. But Texans running back Arian Foster has always been a little bit different than most of his fellow NFL players. So when he was asked whether or not he ever accepted money during his time at Tennessee while filming an interview for a new documentary called Schooled: The Price of College Sports recently, Foster had no problem revealing that he had accepted money. And he provided a good reason for it.

"There was a point where we had no food, no money," he said, "so I called my coach and I said, 'Coach, we don't have no food. We don't have no money. We're hungry. Either you give us some food, or I'm gonna go do something stupid.'"

His coach brought him and his teammates some tacos. But Foster quickly realized that one meal wasn't going to sustain him for very long. So he started accepting money even though he could have been ruled ineligible by the NCAA if he was caught. And he didn't even care because, well, he was hungry. Can you blame him?
