We all know that texting while driving is bad; hell, studies have shown that it's significantly more dangerous than drinking and driving, but some of you out there are still doing it. And that's why Werner Herzog made this half-hour documentary titled "One Second to the Next" in which he provides four portraits of those affected by the insane idea that one can drive a car while staring into his or her own crotch at a tiny screen. You hear from the injured, the families of those killed, and even some of the people who weren't paying any attention to the road.

It's haunting.
