We wouldn't normally condone tubing as a leisure water activity for anyone over 16 that isn't on a family vacation. There are so many other cool things to do in the water like snorkeling, jetskiing, or swimming with dolphins. But Tony Parker gets a pass for two reasons: he is in St. Tropez with a big yacht and he is with his gorgeous fiancé Axelle Francine. Tubing is still not the coolest thing they could be doing, but he gets to be in a tube with her while we get to write about, so he wins.
