Brooklyn BMX rider Nigel Sylvester and Pharrell have been popping up together all over the place in the past few months. We first saw a teased Brooklyn Machine Works bicycle that Pharrell tweeted out in March. Then we saw them working together with G-SHOCK, and most recently we saw a "Pharrell State of the Union" to make sure everybody knew that anybody can become an action sports star just like Sylvester. The two took another step toward whatever they're working on by showing up together in dramatic fashion on the VMA red carpet last night.
