The majorly popular workout phase right is crossfit. One of the main excercises you see crossfit athletes performing is the tractor tire flip. Now, we're sure that LeBron James, possibly the greatest physical athlete in the history of the NBA, could use this workout to his advantage, but he decided to kick it up a few notches and use an entire vehicle in his offseason workouts. He posted a video to his Instagram with the caption, "#Strive4Greatness #OffSeasonismyRealSeason" showing him pulling an off-road utility vehicle, which usually way between 1,000-1,300 lbs.

You know ... just because he can. Considering Derrick Rose is returning to the Bulls lineup, and the Pacers have stocked up one of the deepest lineups in the league, 'Bron is going to need every minute of training he has this year.
