Yo, people have some weird fetishes. If you keep in the bedroom then, hey, no problem. But when it slips out into the public there are bound to be some problems. Especially if you're an officer of the law. Officer Thomas Merenda was arrested for having a drunk driver punch him in the nuts. Apparently he's into that kind of thing because he's being charged with unlawful compensation, or the obtaining of an illegal benefit for performing or declining to perform a public duty.
It all went down when Merenda and Officer Franklin Hartley pulled over a car full of women leaving a club. Hartley then threatened to arrest the driver and ordered her to give him head before having sex. Merenda, not satisfied with normal people sexual activities, wanted a punch in the balls. Isn't it a shame these two dudes are no longer protecting and serving us?
