If we owned a Ferrari F40 you can be damn sure we would be driving the piss out of it. There are, however, those that choose to purchase supercars, stuff them into a garage for 20 years, and then sell them. Sounds pretty boring, right?

This is presicely what happened to this super low mileage F40 that will be crossing the block at Mecum's upcoming Monterey auction. The car was bought new in California in 1991, driven home, and never touched again. With just 473 actual miles on the odometer, it's easily the lowest mileage F40 known to exist. 

Mecum has not released an auction estimate, but our guess is that this cherry ride will probably go for about 20 percent above market value.
