Are you ready, kids?! Er, we mean fully licensed adults who can legally drive a car? Toyota has partnered up with Nickelodeon for a “Happy Driving!” tour, creating this Spongebob Squarepants 2014 Highlander. In addition to a decked-out, in-your-face Spongebob wrap on the car, the entire interior is under water-themed with each of the main characters represented in the four seats. And yes, Squidward still looks like somebody just told him he has to sort through 18 lectures all about the science of why dog's noses stay wet.
“We are pumped and honored to partner with Nickelodeon, and especially SpongeBob, to help launch the all-new 2014 Highlander. Like the Highlander, SpongeBob is family friendly and just plain fun – what more could you want in a family vehicle and cartoon?” said Jack Hollis, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. vice president of marketing.
We'll tell you what more we want. How you can make a Spongebob Squarepants car and not have special sponge seating?
