ABC News has reported that the state of New York has comissioned special vehicles to combat texting while driving. Since police need to see a person operating a phone while driving to ticket them, most people who insist on texting while driving simply drop the phone into their crotches and operate it from there. Now cops are going to have modified Chevy Tahoes that feature a really, really high seating position, so that they can peer at your crotch.
Hopefully this also cuts down on stop-light chicken choking.
