This should really go without saying. But during a promotional tour stop in Spain today, Derrick Rose confirmed that he will play for the Bulls in their season opener this fall. According to Hoops Hype, D-Rose said that he is back to 100 percent and will not be spotted on the sidelines in a suit and tie when the Bulls tip off the 2013-14 NBA season:
Like we said, this should really go without saying. Then again, after what happened during the 2013 NBA Playoffs when Rose was a game-time decision for just about every single game and ultimately did not play, it's nice to hear him say that he'll be back for sure. See you in October, Derrick.
