It's been a tough month for the Patriots. And now, their former tight end Aaron Hernandez isn't the only player giving them headaches.

According to the Omaha World-Herald, New England cornerback Alfonzo Dennard was pulled over in Lincoln, Neb. at about 2 a.m. today and charged with suspicion of DUI, refusing a chemical test, and a driving infraction. Details of the arrest are still trickling in. But it's worth nothing that Dennard was recently sentenced to 30 days in jail for punching a police officer at a bar back in April 2012, which means that he now has two strikes against him after just one year in the NFL.

With the Patriots coming under heavy scrutiny for what happened with Hernandez, we wouldn't be surprised at all to see them take drastic measures when it comes time to punish Dennard. For now, they'll probably let the legal process play out. But Dennard could be in some serious trouble with the Pats in the near future.
