Here's a sign of the apocalypse: Alex Rodriguez just got in trouble with the Yankees—for tweeting! A-Rod took to his little-used Twitter account a few hours ago to reveal that he is almost ready to return to the Yanks lineup:

But the Bronx Bombers didn't want that information out in the world. So Yankees general manager Brian Cashman was extremely pissed when ESPN New York called him shortly after the tweet went up and revealed what A-Rod had put on Twitter.
"You know what?" he said. "When the Yankees want to announce something, [we will]. Alex should just shut the fuck up. That's it. I'm going to call Alex right now."
Yikes. We wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that phone call. Good luck, A-Rod!
