Are the Heat Spurs in trouble right now? Even though they destroyed Miami 113-77 last night in Game 3 of the 2013 NBA Finals thanks to a couple of great shooting performances from Danny Green and Gary Neal, San Antonio might actually have something to be worried about heading into Game 4 of the Finals on Thursday night. Towards the middle of the third quarter last night, Spurs point guard Tony Parker suffered a right hamstring injury and had to leave the game. And there's a chance that the injury could keep him out of Game 4.

"I felt something in my hamstring," he said after the game. "Hopefully it's nothing big, just cramping or got tight on me. It was a weird feeling. I just went to make sure with the doctor I was okay. Then I played like two minutes in the fourth quarter. We were up big, [so Spurs coach Gregg Popovich] didn't want to take any risks. We'll see tomorrow."

It doesn't sound like Parker's injury is too bad. But the Spurs are going to send him for an MRI today just to make sure. Fingers crossed, he'll be good to go by Thursday night. But if he isn't, it could be a real problem for San Antonio.
