The Nissan Deltawing has had its ups and downs, but never failed to impress on any of the circuits it has raced on. We love the commitment to new technology, and performance through efficiency that it represents, and that's why we're not at all surprised to report that there will now be an electric version, called the ZEOD RC, or Zero Emission On Demand Racing Car.
Nissan is, ambitiously, hoping to develop the ZEOD RC to the point that it will be able to run the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which sounds incredibly difficult for an electric vehicle. Perhaps it's made with battery swaps in mind. Only time will tell.
Seriously though, we've already said that this thing looked like a high end vibrator, so they went ahead and put batteries in it to make the joke complete?
